the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was impressive. the staff was very courteous and always ready to help. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to the railway station. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was delicious.
There were a few things that could be improved. the entrance to the hotel was a bit uninviting and could use some renovation.

Location was best possible, room was very clean. Hotel is placed in the heart of the city. Also, main attraction such as gandhi udyan park was 1 mile from this venue.

Located conveniently close to the railway station, this hotel is perfect for those who are looking for an affordable stay near the transportation hub. the comfortable and well-furnished rooms provide a relaxing stay after a long journey. the breakfast and other vegetarian food options are of good quality and filling.
The staff responsiveness can be improved especially during critical issues such as AC or mosquito repellent not working.

The rooms were well-furnished and kept clean. The in-house restaurant served vegetarian food that was of a good standard. Despite the reasonable rates, there were unexpected perks like round the clock power supply and easy access to e-rickshaws. the hotel was conveniently located near a railway station which made commuting around the city hassle-free.
The hotel's night staff left much to be desired. When I called to report that the AC wasn't working and there were mosquitoes in the room, they were not very responsive.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station, making transportation easy for us. The staff were courteous and provided us with a delicious and homely breakfast. The hotel was also clean and had all the necessary facilities, including a proper parking area.
